This summer we have received a handful of scam bookings and communications. We take all feedback seriously, but the claims made here do not align with our documentation or the reality of the stay. We strictly adhere to Vrbo’s guidelines and maintain rigorous standards for our property. Because this matter involves an irregular situation that violates platform policies, we have escalated it directly to Vrbo Support for a formal investigation. We're sorry your stay coincided with an unusually hot weather event and wildfire smoke, which made the home less comfortable than guests typically experience in Helena. As you noted, the home does not advertise air conditioning, and we had also sent a reminder before your arrival. Once you contacted us, we responded immediately and installed portable A/C units in both bedrooms the following day in an effort to improve your comfort. We appreciate your feedback and have continued to make improvements based on guest experiences.
