Always a great time at Kipp Cottage!

This was our 10th year staying at Kipp Cottage for camp pick up and it never disappoints! Beautiful grounds and lots of fun floating on the river and visiting with family.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing 5 days and can't wait to come back one day. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and the access to the river was amazing and we stood advantage of it everyday.

An awesome place to enjoy the Hill Country!

Kipp Cottage is a great family place to enjoy the river and surrounding Hill Country! The wildlife is there daily (whitetail) to enjoy with your morning coffee or evening cookouts. We enjoy the area every year and will continue to.

Everything you want for your River vacation

Private and secluded but still close to town, this property delivered for a relaxing 2 family vacation. And you can’t beat the views of the River and cliffs. Both kids and grown ups swam and fished!
