Good Stay Close to the Mountain

Great stay and great location in Proximity to American Eagle. This unit is better for 6 people, but with the number of toilets it can easily accommodate 7-8. Good overall experience

Great location with easy access to Center Village. Lots of hooks for clothing and racks for skis/snowboards! This was a nice touch. Rooms were clean and tidy, save for underneath furniture where there was visible rubbish. Not providing any humidifiers was certainly a choice. The dryness made it difficult to sleep at night. Also no simple cooking supplies like cooking oil, salt, or pepper despite an exceptionally well stocked kitchen with dinnerware. Bathtub and sink drain in one of the bathrooms was stuck and would get backed up.

Pretty Bad

Elevator is inoperable for 1 day. No heat in one bedroom, as well as dirty sheets. coffee maker filters water through the machine but it’s not warm. Water does not drain in shower of first bathroom. Water doesn’t drain in 2nd bathroom sink. The floors are littered with crumbs, etc. The whole place smells like weed. Granted my rental car smelled as well. I get it, we’re in Colorado. I paid a pretty big cleaning fee and I had a 12 year old with me. I don’t need dirty, smelly places to vacation.

Hey Kelly, First off, my sincerest apologies for any hiccups during your stay—I promise we weren’t trying to test your patience! To all future guests: Consider this your official good news bulletin—all reported issues have been addressed! Both elevators are now running smoothly (no unexpected leg day workouts required). A brand-new coffee maker has joined the family—though, fun fact, the original one was perfectly fine, so now you have double the caffeine power. The drains are flowing like a mountain stream, the place has been deep cleaned to a shine, and all heating is toasty warm. As for smoking—this is a strictly non-smoking property, but we, unfortunately, can't control what rebellious outdoor puffers do in the wild. Thanks for the feedback, Kelly!
