Beautiful home! Design & architecture exquisite. Pool/Hot tub & outdoor area is fantastic. Neighborhood private/peaceful & minutes from beautiful beach, watercolor club house/ shopping & restaurants. Our family had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend!

This was a perfect vacation house for our family of 9 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the pool every day and my only criticism is that only 3 beach towels were provided. We had to pack towels which is cumbersome for that many people. The Beach Club and Camp Watercolor are so close and we all enjoyed these amenities!

We enjoyed our week long stay at Endless Summer! Clean & Cozy house. We loved the open kitchen / living space, porch and the private pool. This rental is about 2 miles from beach club and 1 mile from camp watercolor. We biked everywhere with our 1 toddler, but the other families who had more than one kid under 5 had to share the golf cart to make trips back & forth. Something to keep in mind! Kids under 5 y.o must have car seat on golf carts & the Watercolor trolley.

The property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It would have been helpful to know how well the kitchen was stocked. I brought several kitchen items that were not needed. Carson did not know the details of what was in the kitchen. For example, blender,mixer,baking pans, 2 coffee makers. Also need directions for lighting and using the grill, turning on pool lights & spa. Wildlife was very prevalent, deer & black bear. It would be helpful to emphasize and provide the number for game warden or animal control. We will rent again. Thank you.

We had such a great stay in WaterColor—this home made our trip. The location was ideal—easy access to the beach, pools, and everything in the area, which made it especially convenient with kids.The house itself was extremely clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The layout worked really well for our group (we used the pool house as a guest house for our nanny and she loved the privacy), and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. We especially loved the large pool and many areas. As well as the closeness to Camp Watercolor and the beach club. The free trolley made navigating 30A a breeze.Overall, this was one of those places you’d happily return to (and will). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, easy, and fun stay with kids in WaterColor.

Property was great. Two maintenance issues went unresolved despite multiple calls to request assistance. TV in living room did not work. The hot tub was draining to below the jets without explanation. We used a garden hose to replenish the water. We were surprised at the lack of concern by property management.
