Just a short 200-yard walk away, you can enjoy the white sand beaches of the Gulf, located along Scenic South Walton County Hwy 30A, right next to Gulf Place! Tall Cool One is a 4BR/4.5 bath Townhome located in quiet Santa Rosa Beach that accommodates up to 12 guests and has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. New photos to come to showcase updated home decor! You will also have access to 2 swimming pools (newly refurbished), hot tub, sand volleyball area, tennis courts, and propane gas grills for your use. Covered parking is provided for two vehicles. Additional uncovered parking is available for extra vehicles.

Great location and price

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, as you could walk right across the street to public beach access. The property manager was very responsive, and the home was clean and ready upon arrival. The hot tub on the side we stayed on was concreted in/closed off, so we did have to walk to the other side to enjoy a hot tub. The view from the top balcony was nice as well, as you could see a little bit of the ocean in the corner. We would stay here again.

Condo was wonderful.

This was our first time at Santa Rosa, but it definitely won't be our last! We loved everything about the area. The only negative I have in regard to our condo and was the ceiling fan in the bedroom on the top floor wasn't working and being it was a top floor bedroom it got a bit hotter than the others. But overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The “Tall Cool One” was great!! Lots of room for two families. There were 12 of us and we never felt on top of each other. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook dinners. Comfy beds and clean linens. Wish there would have been some beach “accessories” available and better WiFi but other than that.....12 thumbs up from all of our crew!!!

Estaba buscando un buen lugar para quedarme con mi familia y este fue el lugar perfecto 👌 Éramos 11 personas y todos quedaron encantados con esta hermosa casa , muy amplio, Acogedor y con muchos juegos de mesa donde puedes pasar un buen tiempo. La playa esta a 5 minutos caminando , prácticamente solo tienes que cruzar la calle y es hermosaaa 😍 no dudes en qjedarte aquí, no te arrepentirás 🙏

Loved my stay at The Tall Cool One. Walking distance to the beach, 5 minutes or so.

Perfect size for my family. House was very clean and comfortable. Pool was in front of my townhome. Stores, shops are close by. Love staying at 30A, we didn’t have much of a crowd at the beach or restaurants. Could’ve been the time of the year ?!? Information was provided in a binder for your needs. I would recommend The Tall Cool One

Would highly recommend this property to anyone that has big family. Very roomy! Didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Carried a golf cart to help with getting stuff to the beach. Loved everyday! Just didn't last long enough

Poor communication

The property was fine however upon arrival we had to spend several hours cleaning the stove, fridge and microwave. I contacted "amy" and got an "I'm sorry from her iPhone message". I received another message from Brianna which only said Amy was out of the office. No followup was provided other than its difficult to clean things between turnover. My suggestion would be slow the turns...clean the place as it should be. Lord knows I paid enough that the place should have been spotless. My wife and I were very disappointed with the condition of the appliances.

We really enjoyed our stay thru the Thanksgiving week. It was 10 of us and everyone had enough space. The only negative we had was the top master bedroom soaks up all the sun, it got a little toasty around noon, but the views made up for it

Great location to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The townhouse was well equipped and had a very good layout for multiple families. The only thing I would change is to replace the carpet with a hard surface flooring. We loved our week there!!

We love this place. It's 5 minutes walk away from the amazing white sand beach and has everything you possibly need for a family vacation. Every bedroom is clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked. The living room has all kinds of games for kids. I even found an Xbox in a secret closet. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the grill with a little twist. BTW, Gary the manager is awesome. All in all, I give The Tall Cool One one star for each bathroom it has, and that is ★★★★★

We had such a wonderful experience this past week we were so sad to leave! The property was very true to the description and pictures shown. We were initially concerned with the tropical storm coming in but Gary stayed in contact with us on our trip down giving us updates every time we asked. I couldn’t have asked for a better property or property management company. Everything was so wonderful we will definitely be back!

My friends and I loved staying in this spot! We liked that it was an end unit, close to the pool, and a short walk from the beach! The beds were comfy, there were enough bathrooms (for 8 of us), and the house had plenty of room for us all!

Great place!

Would highly recommend this rental. There were 10 of us and it was perfect for us - didn't feel crowded. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked very well with essentials for cooking meals, plenty of towels, etc. As mentioned in a previous review, there are a lot of stairs, but that didn't impact us at all and was expected since we had 3 floors. And location was good - across the street from the beach. It was a bit of a trek to get to the beach (especially when you're hauling stuff for 10 people), but it was expected since we knew we would not be right on the beach. The pool was nice & kept up well (I didn't use it but the kids did) - and it was very convenient to our location. Would definitely stay here again! (The only VERY MINOR suggestion I would make is to provide some kind of reference to show TV channels for the different TVs - it took us a while to figure out & locate channels we wanted.)
