Located in Placerville, this 3-bedroom house is a beautiful retreat for guests. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, AC, and a fitness room with 190 degree sauna. Adjustable dumbells and plenty of weights for the heavy lifter. Gym has a TV and Pacman for gaming. There are outdoor games on site and indoor table games. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a shower. Minutes from apple hill and downtown. Hit lake tahoe in a hour and skiing in 45min. Tucked away with no visible neighbors to enjoy peace and quiet. 2 firepits and 2 bbq to enjoy outdoor cooking. Evenings are very calm usually no wind or very little to hang out by the fire and roast marshmellows. Driveway is a wrap around giving easy access and plenty of parking. Snows in the winter with the road getting plowed. Do not need 4 wheel drive. House is 1 year new and has very nice finishes to enjoy the comfort of nice country living.
