Place was clean. Really appreciated having a washer and dryer. Location was easy for getting in to the city. Parking was quite difficult, however. No spaces available on the street and had to park blocks away at night.

A few things disappointing in the stay:1. Zero washcloths provided. Had to have washcloths delivered as there were none provided. I’ve rented numerous properties and there are ALWAYS towels/washcloths provided.2. There was a missing door in the shower and it wasn’t level. This caused an exuberant amount of water on the floor during showers. There was a shower squeegee which helped. This was a horrible experience for people who don’t like to walk on wet surfaces.3. The rental space is in the basement of a three story home. There was noise from the upstairs tenants, and noise from the furnace or water heater unit was loud and it smelled moldy

Place was clean, fully equipped, and private. The ceilings are a little low and there are several large beams that anyone over 6 feet has to watch out for. There is no assigned parking despite being advertised as so! The host suggested garage parking or street parking, of which there is very little.

The house is close to the PATH station. Easy to get into the city. The parking is free but often had to park blocks away. Most street parking is 4 hr parking so we drove and paid for parking at the PATH station each day as we couldn’t leave car parked on the street. Apt. was fine for 6 of us-there only long enough to sleep. The 2 beds are quite noisy if you move at all as they are just on simple frames, but they were comfy. The other 2 kids slept on a roll away bed and the futon that folds down. Was fine for kids. Appreciated the washer & dryer! Most importantly it was very clean!
