Review of The Lazy Elk

I’m grateful to the owner for the excellent communication I received. When we arrived, the check-in process was very convenient. There was a great steakhouse within walking distance of the condo which was nice after a long day of traveling. We were never able to get internet service with the host’s WiFi. The next morning, some of the dishes were not clean when we were preparing breakfast. The amenities at the Innsbrook Village were wonderful and a highlight of our stay. Overall, our family had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at The Lazy Elk condo.

Hi Susan, thank you for the feedback! I wished I had known about the wifi, our cable/internet company is very responsive and could've had it fixed for you. There was a loose connection on the outside and it has been replaced. We've had a strong, consistent signal ever since. As for the dishes, I apologize for that! It seems we were out of the dish pods and rinse aid so the dished may have had a film on them. Again, really sorry! We are well stocked now. I'm happy to hear that you had an enjoyable stay!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Ruidoso a few years ago and needed a place to escape the Texas heat! We chose Innsbrook Village for our vacation home because of the amenities and it is close to Cedar Creek recreation area. Just a short walk to some amazing trails!
