You cannot beat the location! The Gondola to Peak 8 is across the street- 5 minute walk to bus station and steps to Main Street and Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Much more convenient to town than ski in/ski out. You do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to gondola to Breckenridge ski resort, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.!
Newly refinished Hardwood Floors, Brand New LR Furniture and decor, Stainless Appliances. Enjoy the Deck with views of the Breck's 5 peaks for morning coffee or to watch our amazing Colorado sunsets. Convenient Gas Fireplace in living room, Tempurpedic king mattress in primary bedroom, gas firepit in the back with Restoration Hardware teak furniture.

This property was a perfect retreat!! The home is beautifully maintained, with spacious, cozy living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. The deck offers truly stunning views of the resort, and it's just a short walk to town and the gondola.
The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were very warm and accommodating.
Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing mountain escape. We can’t wait to return!!

Originally from Pittsburgh, we moved to Breckenridge in 2014 with four kids and a labradoodle in tow and built our home in 2016. I love to enjoy our amazing town being outside, biking, hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and cross country skiing.
Why they chose this property
After looking at many homes to purchase, we decided we wanted the VIEWS of the mountains so we bought a piece of land and built our home exactly how we envisioned our mountain modern home. We also wanted to be able to walk to town and being on the North end of main street means we don't have to deal with ski traffic.
