Excellent!!!

This house was exactly as pictured and described. It met all of our expectations and then some. It was very clean, and had a beautiful view!!! It was very spacious, and comfortable. We really loved that this was a true ski in/out and left from our driveway every morning. We could also ski home on the 4 o’clock run. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. Overall, we had an excellent experience !

Pines 75 Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families had a fabulous time together. The location was good but line for lift was crazy long! Too many steps, garage too small for our vehicle, and noisy neighbors! Place was fair as far as cleanliness. Cleaning crew needs to do a more thorough job. Customer service super! Check in afternoon hours a bit inconvenient. Could easily be given per email or text.

Convenient venue, good value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 75 Pines was quite a convenient location, close to downtown and while not quite ski in/ski out was close to the 4'Oclock Run and the Snowflake lift. Great checkin, Paragon staff is super. The text messages and door codes were convenient and helpful. We had a couple of issues, the heater on the hot tub did not work and the pans in the kitchen were cheap and did not have non-stick surfaces, flipping pancakes was a fiasco. The view is only out the back and at a small field, very limited. The beds and linens were excellent and the kitchen equipment except for the pans was adequate.
Response from VrboOwner on 27 March 2020
Thank you for your feedback, Bruce - we appreciate you bringing to our attention the condition of the pans, I will share this with our Quality Assurance Team so that they can be replaced. We hope to greet you again soon! -Lauren and The Staff of Paragon Lodging

Great Family Vacation Stay with our Adult Children, Party of 6

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms on different floors to spread out but perfect areas to gather, cook, eat, play games, and watch movies together. The location was great to explore Breckenridge and venture out to surrounding areas for other adventures. Paragon lodging was great to work with and they provided timely information during booking, leading up to the stay, and during the stay. There were only a few things we might recommend for future guests. There is no air conditioning and the rooms on the middle and top level were very warm for sleeping in the summer. We found box fans in the upper bedrooms which helped, but the middle floor bedroom did not have a fan and many of the windows throughout the house did not have screens. The other issue was the hot tub never being warm enough to use. The temperature never got much warmer than luke warm. This was not a huge deal for us, but it is used as a selling point for the home. Overall, the house is lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Dear Annette, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are so happy that Pines 75 Townhome was such a good fit for your group. Air conditioning is extremely rare in Summit County - we recommend opening windows in the evening and through the night to cool the home down. We are in the process of ensuring that at least one window in each bedroom has a screen. I am sorry about the issues you had with the Hot Tub - next time you are staying with us, please let us (or the hot tub company) know right away so that we can address this type of thing during your stay, and same with the fans, we would have gladly delivered a fan to the room that was missing one. We hope you'll visit us again soon! -Lauren and The Staff of Paragon Lodging

Fun in the snow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pines 75 is a great ski in / ski out option that was easy and convenient for our family to come and go as they pleased. Kids could even just ski in for a drink of water. Super close to 4 o’clock run. You do have to take skis off to close road to get on the snowflake run but wasn’t a big deal. House had plenty of place settings and utensils. Hot tub was easy to use.

Pines 75 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pines 75 was a nice place to stay with our group of friends. The amenities were great and the home was in good condition. The only issue is that it is a little bit off the slope, and we had to go down the road a few houses to ski in ski out. There were only 5 hot tub towels in the home for the 12 of us staying, and the only way to get more was to go into town to the office and pick them up, that was also a little inconvenient. Other than that it was a great stay and we were very happy!

A week at Pines 75

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have no issues with Paragon Lodging as they were sufficient in all aspects of securing the property. Their check in process definitely needs to be re-evaluated. The condition of the Townhouse was below what I expected. The Pines 75 has paint peeling from the wall as you walk in. The carpet is well worn will several buckles through-out, several of the light fixtures do not work (burnt out bulbs), half the windows do not open or have a screen, several windows have a screen that is bent, twisted or does not fit. The lower level door wall screen did not open or close easily at all. The overall condition is old and tired looking. Pines 75 needs updating and some tlc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location. Easy to get on and off the slopes. We put our skis on at the end of the driveway and skiied down to 4'O clock run. The house was set up well with plenty of room for everyone. The garage broke and was not fixed while we were there which was inconvenient. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay.
