Welcome to Four O’clock Somewhere! This home overlooks the Sawmill Creek wetlands with direct views of Baldy and Quandary Mountains. Ski-in ski-out via 4 O'clock Run to Snowflake Chair 25 yards away (please check the Breckenridge website for open status, 4 O'Clock Run and/or the Snowflake lift may be closed due to ski conditions). Quick access to downtown. Walls of windows throughout. Three bedrooms + den provide multiple options for sleeping up to 11 comfortably. Gather the whole group in the large kitchen or sunken living room with wood burning fireplace. Enjoy multiple decks with private hot tub + gas grill. Heated garage!

For the wood burning fireplace, firewood is supplied as well as firestarters, kindling, paper and matches.

This multi-level home spans 2800 sqft.

Enter through the front door to a dedicated entry with closet and half bath.

Step down a few stairs to the enormous kitchen that features a Viking gas range, Sub-zero refrigerator, dedicated wet bar and everything you need to cook and serve a meal. The view from the kitchen is one of the best in the house.

The dining room is tucked off of the kitchen level with seating for six plus additional bar seating around the island.

A half flight of stairs brings you down to the sunken living room. Your eye may be drawn to the wall of windows, the natural beam and stone finishes or the 20ft ceilings. Multiple seating options makes this a comfortable room for the entire group including the plush sectional, leather recliner or arm chairs. The stone fireplace is wood-burning and everything you need to enjoy the fire is stocked. Enjoy the upgraded AV system with wireless speakers and Smart TV or grab a puzzle for the game table.

A half flight of stairs down from the living room includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Each bedroom has deck access, a TV and a wall of windows.

The first bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom.

The second bedroom features a lofted double bed plus XL twin bed and has access to their own full bathroom in the hallway.

Another half flight of stairs down from this level is the third bedroom. This bedroom features a king bed plus day bed, an enormous bathroom, gas fireplace and direct access to the hot tub. The tongue and groove ceilings plus stone fireplace remind you of the charm of upstairs.

The entire back side of the house has multiple connecting decks that access the kitchen, living room and all three bedrooms. These decks feature the private hot tub, gas grill and outdoor dining table with seating for six. All of the decks soak in the vies of the mountains, wetlands, valley and downtown village in the background.

The den is located off of the entry level, accessed by a full flight of stairs. It can be used as a second living room or fourth sleeping area and features a queen sleeper sofa plus small lofted single bed.

The heated private garage is attached and can fit one car plus gear comfortably. The private driveway has room to park four additional cars.

Mountain and Town access:

Bus Route: Yellow Route, Breck Free Ride, Every 15 minutes

To get to the bus stop/lift, cross 4 O'Clock Rd and go through the Tyra complex to 4 O'Clock ski run. Ski down 4 O'Clock ski run and follow signs for the Snowflake Lift.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

Great location and amenities
Right across the street from the lower 4 o’clock trail, very convenient and easy to get to Snowflake lift. Hot tub was very nice. Many bedrooms and bathrooms; very spacious and well equipped. Our host Jesse was very responsive and easy to work with. On the flip side, something in the air made our whole family have runny noses and the whole place could use a deep dusting to remove cobwebs, etc. Also, all except one of the showerheads were extremely short and even our 5’3’’ family member had trouble fitting under them. There were also only tea packets and coffee in the kitchen, no spices, oil, foil, etc, so be aware of this when shopping. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend especially because of location.

We had a great time. The location is great. Walked across one street to the ski run which then led to the snowflake lift (must cross a street to access the lift from the run). It was very simple and everything at the house was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay!

Family ski trip
We loved the house and its location. Short walk to slopes so that was extremely nice with kiddos. Management company was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Covered hot tub was perfect. The house was in need of a deep clean but that's to be expected in the middle of ski season with back to back check-ins. We would definitely book again.

Great place!
The house was fully stocked with everything you could need! Kitchen had tons of appliances, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, towels etc. the location was amazing for getting to the slopes just had to walk across the road to hop on the slopes down to the snowflake lift. It was my kids first time ever skiing and by day 2 we’re able to take 4’oclock run down to the house to ski right into the property for the night - albeit a very busy last run of the day. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great. We definitely would stay again!
