was warned but booked anyway. never received email with room number or pin code. No one around at check-in time. some what inconvenient. lots of hot water and a comfortable mattress. never got an answer to my enquiry of host.
Do not stay here. The information provided is misleading and not an accurate representation of what you will actually experience if you book here. This is a motel. There are 2 floors. If you are not checked in before the office closes, they will leave your door key code on a piece of paper attached to a clipboard on the door for anyone to see and take, creating a significant safety concern. Anyone could look at those codes and break into rooms. No reputable business that is committed to customer service does that.We had a room on the bottom floor. There is clearly no sound-proofing bc we could hear everything from the family above us. When I asked the host if we could move, we were told they were booked up but they would message the family to be respectful guests. That was a wasted effort bc no improvement was noticed and we had to leave to find another place to stay so we could sleep. No offer of a refund or even a partial refund to make it right. Just a cheerful “I hope you found somewhere you are excited about staying” response. How disrespectful to say to a customer who had to leave, not because they wanted to but because they HAD to go get some sleep, but I guess that’s what I get for having the audacity to ask for help.Maybe this will help other couples and families avoid this safety and customer service nightmare.
