Best Little Spot!

We had the best stay at this condo! The location was perfect for me as I stayed here to run the Big Sur marathon. Beaches, the wharf, everything was only about 15 min from there. The property owner was extremely communicative with us and let us know everything we needed to in advance, and even gave great suggestions of things to do! They left some ice, snacks, and water for us, and even a sweet good luck note for my race! Would 1000% stay here again! Definitely check this place out!

Owner cares about the renters experience . Plentiful supplies. Imaculate No pressure regarding checkout time. Location is awesome in proximity to everything you need. The walk to the beach is a bit of a hike so bring water and don’t try to carry your beach gear. Beach is amazingly beautiful. We would definitely go back .

Affordable Home near Beautiful Monterey

Our few days in this condo were spectacular. You come to a place like Monterey to be out in the natural beauty and charming town, and this condo gave us an affordable, cozy place to stay just 15 min away. We comfortably slept 6 in 3 bedrooms and had ample space to hang out and play games in the evenings. And the hose, Aman, was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend!

Clean, simple, good amount of space

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. Check in was easy. The host was very communicative and quick to respond to questions. There are three bedrooms upstairs, and a pull-out couch downstairs but only one full bathroom upstairs. There is a washer and dryer. For being close to the freeway it was very quiet.

Overall good except for strong litter box odor when we arrived. Wasn’t expecting 2-story condo. Definitely not walking distance to the beach unless you consider over a mile walking distance.

There must be a misunderstanding. Fort Ord Dunes State Park is 0.1 miles from the door step of the condo. I have personally measured it. When arriving to the park, you can continue on to the Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail or proceed to the beach. There is a sign that states Beach Access: 1/3 mile to the beach, and this path through the sand dunes is only accessible by walking and not by car. It takes at most 15 minutes walking in total. I am not sure if you missed the entrance and gps may not show it since it is within the park and only accessible through the walking trail. I am always available if anyone needs assistance, and I wish you reached out to me about this as this secluded beach is a favorite. As this section of the beach is only accessible by walking, it is never overcrowded and a perfect view of the sunset on the ocean.
