Location is great, but do not get the bottom unit

The property location is wonderful. The grounds are very nice. This property acts like a hotel in that you are assigned a unit at check-in rather than booking as a specific unit. We got a bottom unit and we could hear the people above walking around. It was not good. The units need better soundproofing. Tried to move after 1 day but was told we would have to pay cleaning fee.
