Loved our stay! The home was cozy and the property was stunning. Sun lit rooms everywhere and views to enjoy. Super clean and well stocked for a long stay.
A beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Our host Anusha was an excellent communicator and she went above and beyond our expectations. The yard is private and the rolling hills, pool, decks, etc are unforgettable. The house is spacious, the beds comfy and everything we needed was there. Just book this stay, you will not regret it!!
We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed staying here! The house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the living room and kitchen/dining areas. We enjoyed playing the board games and especially enjoyed the pool (loved watching the butterflies at the butterfly bushes)! Would love to stay here again in the future!
This place is an absolute gem! The house was so spacious and filled with so much beautiful light. We loved the peaceful nature and the gorgeous pool with a view. The hosts were communicative and gracious, and we all loved our stay here!
Overall a nice place. Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Limited closet space. Room with bunk beds was small. It is only appropriate for kids. Owners were super helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The home was outstanding! Very well appointed, with everything from labels in the kitchen to many comfortable seating areas. We were very pleased with our time here.
Fabulous farmhouse! It’s better in person than the pictures! This was our first time visiting Northern VA wine country and we would love to return and stay here again!

Locust Hill Farm was the perfect home for our family to stay at to atend our niece’s wedding. Coming in from both California and Minnesota, we were delighted to find the house and grounds to be just as depicted in the VRBO listing. Gorgeous historical architecture has been carefully preserved and enhanced to provide a comfortable and fully functional layout, Tons of seating areas, sleek and tasteful bathrooms, and lovely bedrooms made for a relaxing 4 nights. The pool, hot tub, bbq area and expansive grounds made our stay a true family vacation. The home owners were very helpful and responsive throughout both the rental process and our time in the Hamilton area, giving us peace of mind that we were in good hands by knowing that support was just a text away if needed. Whatever the season you are planning a visit, the windows that greet you upon entering the kitchen eating area are sure to provide you with a view that will assure you that you have chosen a very special place to unwind and make memories.

We loved everything about this beautiful property! The host was very responsive, the house was beautiful and clean, the property had a beautiful view in every direction! Close to wineries, walking trails, grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook comfortably. We loved watching the neighborhood horse grazing nearby. The pool and hot tub were both open (mid May) and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic property, exactly as described! Well appointed house, fully stocked kitchen. Fabulous location easily accessible to lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again in the future.
Very clean, kitchen fully equipped. Location is very private and well designed - photos match the property. The only real surprise was daybed room does not have a door and there was no propane (but we took our own). The nice surprise of the property basketball hoop for the kids (they loved it)! Overall, very happy with our stay.
