The accommodations are just as pictures show: well appointed sleeping and lounging space; extremely clean; beautiful, inviting screened in porch and gardens; quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything was perfect. I loved the back porch that looked out on the garden / yard with a water feature. It was very private and peaceful! I even received delicious chocolate chip cookies!! I’d stay again anytime!!

Great Guest Suite!

Mary Ann was a gracious and accommodating host, provided clear instructions, and has a delightful home and property. She helped provide amenities that were not immediately available and offered to cook for me multiple times! We were quick friends and I would recommend a stay with her to anyone.

Please note that the Guest Suite is separate and private but is attached to my main home where I live. You’ll be most welcome to share some spaces w me or have your total privacy.

Why they chose this property

I moved to Spartanburg from Texas about six months ago now and chose this neighborhood because of its location, history and character. It’s a wonderful area to walk and an easy drive to restaurants, trails, and the local colleges.

What makes this property unique

My house sits on a half acre and was landscaped by master gardeners. With all the mature trees, water features and greenery it feels like you’re in a forest more than a city.
