The Space:

The Vivianne is a modern, comfortable house designed for easy gatherings and relaxed downtime. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms across two levels, it’s a great fit for families, groups, or work-and-play trips.

Settle into the main living areas built for connection: a fully equipped modern kitchen with an electric range, large sink, full-size fridge, and bar counter seating flows to a dedicated dining room for sit-down meals. A wet bar adds convenience when you’re entertaining. Three of the upstairs bedrooms include Smart TVs, and Wi-Fi is provided to keep you connected. Thoughtful finishes give the home a polished, welcoming vibe, and long-term stays are welcome. Pet-friendly, too.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and on the street. Please only use these areas; additional parking is not available.

• Stairs: Bedrooms 2–4 are on the second floor; stairs are required.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet.

• Family gear: A highchair and baby monitor can be provided upon request (subject to availability).

• Laundry: This home is not equipped with a washer/dryer.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: About a 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville. Within roughly 5 minutes you’ll find Hartman Park, Bordeaux Hills Park, the Hartman Park Community Center, Ewing Creek Greenway loop, the Bordeaux Branch Library, playground/splash pad, and shopping along the Clarksville Pike corridor.
