This place worked great for what we were needing. The price was very reasonable, the host was great to work with, and it was conveniently located.

Older house and not fancy by any means but clean and process was easy. Great value and easy to get to tourist attractions. Only took about 10 minutes to get to Broadway.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you found the home clean, a great value, and conveniently located near Nashville's attractions. We appreciate your kind words and hope to host you again on a future visit!
Great location, clean and perfect for 4-5 people. Only downside was the fire alarm was incredibly sensitive and went off cooking anything. I'm turn, the security alarm would go off due to the fire alarm going off. Past that, great place!
Great place for a girls weekend! Enjoyed the nice stay.

It was a clean place but there is nothing nearby - no restaurants or shops - so I don't think it is perfect for groups. It did not have the basics for cooking. Not even salt and pepper. But the beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. Thank you!
This is a great place in a really good location! It's about 10 minutes from downtown, so Uber rides were cheap. We enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for staying with us and for your review! We are so happy to hear your Grand Welcome Vacation experience and hope to host you again soon, either here or at one of our many locations across the country!
Our stay was great we didn’t want to be in downtown Nashville since it was so expensive so this place was a great price and just two minutes from the highway where broadway is about an exit away. Very clean and management company was very nice and responsive. You’re right next to TSU so you can even catch a game, Would stay here again!

This was a trip for the books. The place we stayed was perfect.Lots of everything. The beds were comfortable, and every thing was nice and clean.Just had one issue, the code would not work to get in,so after a few tries we got the code for the lock box and just used the key for the 6 days.Very well equipped only thing missing was a kettle,so we used a pot.And the icemaker didn't work, but they had a bag of ice waiting for us.The location was a little questionable. We were told by every Uber driver not to be out walking at night, but we were too tired to go walking at night.Iit was awesome and we felt safe,so I definetly would go back!It was a trip of a lifetime!!!

Nice but could need some repairs and upgrades with a little TLC
Overall was ok place however there is only 1 tv in the main living room area. None of the bedrooms had a tv at all. The place seemed very outdated. bedrooms also had very outdated lighting fixtures and no ceiling fans at all. The dining room table was wobbly as could be and needs fixed. Neither bathroom had enough hand soap to last our trip. Looks like cleaning crew just didn’t fill it up. There was just enough towels in bathroom for 1 day of showers without having to do a wash. It just could have been better managed and kept updated.

Nice little place, couple of downsides
Overall the cleanliness of the place was good, they provided several cups, plates, etc to use which was nice.
HOWEVER there were a few downsides to the place. The bathroom towards the back of the house had the towel bar barely hanging on and it fell off several times while wiping hands on the towel. The shower head as well in that bathroom had low pressure and was almost dripping when it was used. The table in the living room was completely unstable and unsafe, it almost felt like the table top was held on by tape.
Lastly, we had an unfortunate experience when we first got into our rental at 12am at night. As soon as we unlocked and opened the back door the security alarm was blaring. We tried calling the help number and they were unable to help us turn off the alarm until about 8am in the morning when they were able to get ahold of the property manager.
Besides the unfortunate alarm incident and the very fixable upkeep items the rental was very nice and perfect for a group several people.
Overall the place was very usable--clean and functional. However, the kitchen was a bit of a train wreck. We cooked meals at the place during our week there and just found it didn't have adequate tools. This includes the stove top itself. The front-right burner (the largest and likely the most often used) did not turn on at all and was the coil type burner. It looked bent and kind of mangled. We just used the front-left burner which is significantly smaller. Then not only was the burner situation not good, the frying pan was all gouged and scratched and was nearly impossible to cook with. Everything stuck and the only spatula was a metal one--further adding to the tendency to gouge it. We ended up buying a frying pan at the local Publix and using ours instead. There are also no spices whatsoever in the kitchen. Strangely, there were a few packets of coffee, but there was no salt and pepper even. Also, the kitchen utensils like spatulas and tongs were probably just the cheapest they could find. They didn't work great. There appeared to be a few new countertop appliances like the coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We didn't use the blender, but the coffee maker and toaster worked great.Anyhow, the place is fine, but don't expect to get much done in the kitchen if you plan to make meals there. If they just did a few upgrades like replacing the stove and adding better pans and utensils along with a few basic spices, it would go a long way to improving the cooking situation.
