Very nice property in good neighborhood

The property was excellent. It was clean, well decorated, and exactly as described. There is a lot to do in the areas near this property, and you are only about 10-15 minutes from broadway,, the gulch, Opryland, etc. Will stay here again.

Fun

Very nice place, close to everything but after my stay I received a notice of four stain towels I would be charged for. I filled a complaint and still haven't heard ba k from anyone.

broken washer and dryer

The condo was acceptable with living spaces adequate. We attempted to use the washer and dryer but they were both broken. Since it was Saturday, the repairman could not come out until Monday - after we had already left. We called the property manager to report this. The washer and dryer were new or almost new. There was no power on the washer even though it was plugged into a live outlet. The dryer was turning but no heat and it was making a grinding noise. We had washed our clothes in the sink and when we could not dry them, we hung them in the bathtub to drip, them hung them in our car overnight to dry in the heat. Since this unit had a water and dryer, we expected them to be functional since they were brand new. The building laundry room was also new and was empty, since machines had not been installed yet. We still were traveling for another week and we made it work anyway.
