Great location for the convention center

Clean, large space, and many easy to get to restaurants. The shared pools were well maintained along with all the public spaces. Great walking or running path around a body of water. We stayed here last year for Volleyball Nationals and returned this year and will return next year.

Great place

Condo is conveniently located to the highway and other main streets but is very private. The place was clean and beautifully staged., loved the space and the lake view balcony. My door code did not work on check-in but I called maintenance and that was fixed in about 10 mins. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious

Great location in a gated community. Large, spacious condo unit. My family and I enjoyed the porch overlooking the lake. Very short, scenic walk to pool. Plenty of pool seating. Close to Disney and easy access to major freeways and many attractions. I also enjoyed having a Publix, Walgreens, plaza and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, nice place

The property is located in a nice community in a safe neighborhood close to everything. The condo is nice but when we arrived, the carpet was still wet from cleaning and the entire condo smelled like strong mildew . It took 4 days for the carpet to dry and the smell to reduce. The beds were comfortable .

Great location and lots of room

The location is perfect, close to the highways and between Disney and Universal with Sea World really close by too. The view of the lake was a great too. Only issue and it's not much of an issue because they tell you right up front but there were no condiments, salt/pepper/sugar and only one packet for for the dishwasher and no extra trash bags so you need to walk the 3 minutes to the store across the street. We would stay here again the next time we visit Orlando.

Great Property! Relaxing Pool Stay

I loved our stay here! My only issue was the owner not disclosing ahead of time that one of the pool areas was under construction. I specifically booked in this location for close proximity to the pool. It all worked out in the end, our commute was very short to the other pool. I suppose I learned to ask before booking if everything on property is functioning that I see in the pictures. Owner took a long time to reply back but was very helpful when I did get a reply. 2nd payment request was late, but it all worked out. I was stressed that I was going to lose the reservation because I couldn't make my 2nd payment. Owner was kind to let us in a couple hours early as we arrived before check-in.

Great place to stay

We have rented many condo's over the last 30 years and loved this one. It's light, bright, and located right on the lake. You're close to everything and it's easy to get around from this location. There is a grocery store and a variety of restaurants within easy walking. The only down side is the couch in the TV room isn't very comfortable and the TV is large for the room. Also, even though we had until 10:00 am to check out, our door code did not work after 7:30 am on the day we left. Luckily for us, one person was left inside to open the door back up when we took our first suitcase down to the car.

Make sure you have your check in e-mail in advance

Overall, great stay in a great unit in a wonderful location. The main issue I encountered was that due to the fact that the check in instruction e-mail comes from "Orlando-Intell" something, and not VRBO, it went to my spam folder and there was literally no one available to help me figure it out. It took FORTY-FIVE minutes to resolve. VRBO was no help at all, nor can anyone at the complex help you, either. It was terrifying, to be totally frank, I was scared that something had gone wrong and we would have no place to stay. There is no emergency contact info - unless you have the check in e-mail. I did get an e-mail from a woman via VRBO a day later, advising me that their response time is 24 hours and asking me if I'd ever gotten access to the unit. I did, but really, no thanks to them. Not at all a good experience. Other than that, the layout and the location are excellent. The pool is small and was too crowded to use on multiple occasions, but other than that, it was very nice. The table on the patio is great for outdoor dining most of the day and the walking path is nice, too. Accommodations: Be sure you bring pretty much everything you will need with you. Publix is a 5-10 minute walk away from this unit, so it's easy enough to get what you need, but understand that they provide nothing except a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The unit is also missing some kinda odd things: No pitcher, no collander/strainer, no pizza cutter, no measuring cups or spoons. None of that was a deal breaker, but it was odd to have a full kitchen but no basics. Also, there is a pot that is perfect for making like Mac N Cheese or other small pastas - BUT DO NOT USE IT. The handle is extremely loose and I can only imagine what would happen if it fell off while you're trying to figure out how to strain your pasta. Management should really replace this item. Other than that, a great stay in a great location.

Great stay for our family trip!

We stayed here for four days to take our family of 5 to disney. It was a great spacious condo right next to Publix, Chick-Fil-A and Dunkin donuts (what more could anyone want!). Great stay!

Amazing!!

Amazing location, great communication and an awesome condo. The rooms were big, the living room was spacious and there was an amazing view of the lake. The pool was a great place to chill and the make good drinks! Would highly recommend if you’re staying in a group of +4 people.
