A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.

Excellent stay. I was there for 6 weeks while my own home was under construction. The house is older and priced accordingly (similar newer listings are almost twice the price in the area). It has some “older home” issues which most would not notice during a short stay. However, any issue that did arise was promptly addressed. I loved the area- close enough to Ft Myers but far enough to avoid any major traffic. And the grocery store- Farmer Joe’s, is huge, world class and one of a kind. I am planning to use the area as my Happy place for mini vacations and will definitely stay in this property or one of their others (depending on my budget ) in the near future.
