The Space:
This home away from home features a king main bedroom with a TV, walk-in closet, and attached private bathroom. Two comfortable queen bedrooms provide ample closet space, while a dedicated kids room with a twin bunk bed offers a fun space for younger guests (minors should be supervised while using the bunk bed). A hall bathroom and powder room are also included.

The full kitchen is equipped with top brands and high quality coffee and tea. A Sonos sound system enhances the spacious living area, which boasts high ceilings and natural light.

For your convenience, the unit includes one rollaway bed for an extra guest, and a Pack and Play is available upon request.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $2500 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Our standard time for check-in is from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM.

- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. For more details, please contact us directly. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.
