Seth’s loft is awesome - it’s stunning, unique, and in a really great part of town that’s close to amazing restaurants, shopping, easily walkable to downtown and more. My colleagues and I stayed here for a conference. Seth was super helpful and communicative. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Seth was a fantastic host! He was incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us while still giving us complete privacy throughout our stay. The place was gorgeous, very well kept, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. We really appreciated how comfortable and stress-l free he made our stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Fabulous location and a great space for a handful of people. We had organized our own little food tour of Chicago and this location worked out perfectly for short walks between each restaurant. The space itself was excellent and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend!!

Unit was very nice and clean!!! Having a parking space right behind the unit was very convenient! All of the amenities were amazing, bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor patio!!! The decor and furnishings gave a great overall feel!!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago!

This is a dream location! Literally and I mean quite literally just steps away from being in the heart of Fulton Market. The property looks like something out of a movie with its super high vaulted ceilings, modern amenities and an outdoor area for lounging and catching up with friends. We only had two days and were torn on how much time to spend indoors or out and about exploring. You absolutely could not ask for a better place to stay to enjoy a weekend in town. The place is super secure with one external door to the street and another to the property. The two bedrooms on the main floor and the master upstairs was much more space than we needed for three of us but sometimes it’s good to live like a king. We didn’t spend too much time lounging but when you didn’t was uber comfortable. Any questions we had were instantly addressed by Seth. He was a great host. Parking, check in and check out was seamless. This is one of those rare occasions that you want to come back to the property because you know it doesn’t get much better for access to great food, drinks and nightlife.

Wonderful place to stay! Everything exactly as advertised, host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen fully appointed, very nice to have washer/dryer. Also great to have a parking space right behind the unit. Plenty of restaurants/cafes right nearby. Very easy to walk or take the train wherever we needed to go. A wonderful home base to explore Chicago. Would definitely stay again.

Great West Loop Condo

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos online—no surprises, just as advertised. The space was well-appointed with everything we needed, from stylish cocktail glasses to quality pans and bowls. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor area was a really nice bonus. We felt right at home and will definitely be back the next time we're in Chicago!

Wonderful property in Chicago!A few key points:1. Property is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, modern2. Neighborhood is really cool. Steps away from tons of restaurants/bars. And convenient to a few el stations3. Owner was extremely responsive, great to work with. We had a slightly non-standard departure time and we worked it out wonderfully4. Kitchen had plenty of pans/pots/dishes to cook a proper meal 5. Cool view of the city / sears tower from the deckThings from the reviews to highlight:1. There is some noise in the neighborhood. Tbh didn't bother me, I always have a noise machine and he left ear plugs. And it wasn't rattling the house loud (I've been in way louder properties). Think of it as part of being in such a cool neighborhood.2. You can see in the review the spiral staircase to the upstairs. There's also a steep staircase to enter the unit (you are the only resident in the building). Neither an issue but if you have mobility issues, but just to be aware ofBook on with confidence!

Super nice, modern apartment in a great location. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio because of the air quality outside. But the place was excellent overall.
