Stunning 2,500 square foot brick-and-timber luxury penthouse with 15 foot ceilings located in the heart of the vibrant West Loop neighborhood. This designer 3 bedroom / 2 bath corner unit was just completely renovated and is ideal for groups looking for a luxurious city escape in the middle of Chicago's best dining and nightlife. Abundant natural light and views of the streetscape below make this a truly special space. The central location is ideal for everything you want to see in the city!

The Space:
Located on the top floor corner of a historic 1920’s building overlooking Fulton Market. Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with 2 walls of soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. Every room is filled with beautiful natural light and the upscale furnishings and designer touches are sure to create an unforgettable stay.

The kitchen, dining, and living room are open and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 4 counter stools -- plenty of room for all guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furniture to lounge on and a smart TV with Roku.

Every bedroom has 7 foot tall windows facing west - ideal for capturing magical sunsets over the Fulton Market skyline.

Our beds have crisp linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. We also provide essentials like a hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
You’re in the center of Fulton Market in the West Loop -- a lively neighborhood that is home to many of Chicago’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, cocktail bars, and outdoor patios. This former warehouse district has transformed in recent years and is now a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Within a 5 minute walk outside your door, you’ll find dozens of hangout spots and places to explore for all ages and budgets. You’re truly in the heart of one of Chicago’s coolest neighborhoods!

Getting Around:
Our place is very central for exploring all of Chicago -- less than 1 mile from the Loop and River North, and a 10-15 minute trip to other areas like the Magnificent Mile, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, and McCormick Place.

You’re a 1 min walk from the Morgan train stop (Green/Pink Line) and a 10 min walk from the Grand train stop (Blue Line), allowing you to quickly access all areas of the city and O’Hare/Midway Airports. Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You’ll have no trouble getting around without a car.

Parking: We do not have parking in our building, but there are very convenient options nearby. The nearest parking garage is the 1K Fulton Parking garage at 1029 W. Carroll Ave, one block from from the apartment. For 24 hours of parking, rates are $26 on the weekend and $50 during the week. We also recommend two parking apps/websites that allow you to book discounted parking in garages and neighborhood parking lots. You can typically find overnight parking for $20-30:

Cleanliness and safety is our top priority and we have implemented enhanced cleaning measures due to COVID-19 based on CDC best practices. We carefully clean and sanitize every property between each reservation. All hard surfaces and high-touch areas are cleaned and separately disinfected using high-grade products that are EPA and CDC-approved. Our trained staff uses gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during cleanings. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe stay for every guest.

Amazing Loft in Chicago's coolest neighborhood
We decided to take our 3 kids to Chicago before school starts back up here in Colorado. As they are teenagers we needed a bigger space with 3 full bedrooms for the 5 of us. We also wanted to stay in the Fulton Market area so the kids could wander and get food in a safe area. This loft completely delivered. Beside being massive with full size rooms and great room it has 2 queen bunks beds in one of the bedrooms. Two washrooms and washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with glasses and plates although we ate out every night! I need to give a shout out to the property Manager- Staywell. We had a small issue with one of the beds and they immediately found a solution and had it installed the next morning. Amazing service. Highly recommend this home if your looking for a hassle free stay in Chicago in a really cool environment.

Great apartment in a great vibrant area Fulton Market. So much happening in this area. Close to train station and an enjoyable walk to the city So many restaurants in the area to choose from. Loved it.

It’s a great location. Be prepared for a lot of stairs to reach unit. Could have used more trash bags, towels and better toilet paper. Trash collection is EARLY in am and can be heard in bedroom.

Spring Break in the city.
We booked this loft with our 4 teens/tweens for part of our spring break, and everyone really enjoyed it. It was a great spot for downtime between trips downtown. It has plenty of space to relax and spread out, or hang out as a group. The place is just like it appears in the listing. The location is perfect for walking around to explore the local food and markets, or taking a quick Uber downtown.
