Perfect ocean view villa!

Steps away from Kiawah's 10-mile beach, is this recently updated, one-bedroom villa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The open floor plan connects the kitchen with the dining and living areas. A covered porch allows early morning sunrises with a warm cup of coffee and the perfect place to end a long day at the beach.
The kitchen was recently updated with white cabinets and stainless appliances.
The top floor allows for a vaulted ceiling in the living room. Awake in in your king sized bedroom to begin your day with breathtaking ocean views and extra bonus is two updated bathrooms with showers. There is a twin sized pull out under the bench as well as a pullout sofa bed in the living room for kids or extra guests.
Centrally located in the popular Windswept neighborhood in East Beach, guests also enjoy close proximity to The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and the new Nest Cafe, Turtle Point Golf Course and Roy Barth Tennis Center.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Great location on the beach and amazing view of the sunrise from the unit.My only recommendations would be 1) less communication about the 120 credit for bikes/beach equipment. I received daily e-mails trying to sell me; and 2) add information in the folder about how to operate the tv and fireplace.

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable- great views, and wildlife Just below our balcony daily. Quiet neighborhood . Owners left 2 beach chairs , in much better shape than those we rented and dis not even use! Had we known - would not have rented. Would happily re book amd stay again!

The unit was ok, there were stains on the carpet, the deck outside is right next to another units window..There is no privacy on the small deck..we heard conversations from them so we were unable to use the porch! The management co could not give 2 cents about it…I call them to discuss, not only did they not call me back that day, they sent an email to me describing that thats just how multi family residencies are! They went on to say that its a very quiet building and if I had more issues to call security…Thanks for that info…The beach credit equipment was not worth our time, never even used the umbrella as its not high quality….Yes, I expected more from A high end resort like Kiawah, but dealing with them was very desirable to us…Would stay in the unit again but not interested in staying anywhere that is represented by them….Thanks

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy the porch on the property during your stay and that our management company did not address your concerns about the unit location and amenities adequately. The unit does have a decent amount of privacy even given it is in a multi family unit, all the porches are individual to each unit and provide amazing views. Many of our guests have greatly enjoyed the incredible ocean view and close beach proximity that this location provides. We have cleaned the carpet staining and the unit is very well stocked and ready for a relaxing vacation. I will address your concerns about the umbrella quality with our partner who provides the included complimentary credit for renting those items, they do also offer a wide variety of options for the complimentary credit including beach chairs, bikes, baby gear, games, coolers, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed the 3rd week of June in this immaculate, bright and cheerful oceanside Windswept condo. The unit was clean and was easy walking distance to the beach as well as Night Heron Park, the Nest and the Sanctuary. Linens and towels were nice (bring your own beach towels) and the kitchen was well stocked (tho' remember to bring salt/pepper/plastic wrap). The porch was great for morning coffee and the nearby elevator made carrying luggage/groceries from the ground level easy. Highly recommend for a couple (and having the 2 pullout sleepers in the living room, with the extra full bath, made it easy to accomodate our teens. It was a quiet and lovely spot to enjoy the island and the management co was quite responsive.
