This house was amazing! It was exactly what we were looking for in the heart of Duncanville. First, this was a ranch-style, so no stairs to 2nd floor which was convenient. Everyone loved the outdoor area with seating in the back yard! Plenty of seating inside too with well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. We also enjoyed the master bathroom with a very nice shower (and loved the sparkling lighting!). The FIFO driveway was cool. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Duncanville!

The house was beautiful. Felt like home. Backyard was beautiful. I had a problem with sink stopping up but the host responded promptly and sent a maintenance man working around our busy schedule for wedding events

Exceptional home with perfect outdoor space. My recommendation is the kitchen needs a few more gadgets: blender, cutting boards, coffee pot, can opener and an ironing board.

The house was great! Just as pictured. I brought our daughter and two of her college friends to the Dallas area for a girl's weekend. We enjoyed the gathering space in the kitchen and the family room. We also enjoyed everyone having their own sleeping space. Taking out the trash and gathering the dirty towels as easy to do on our way out. We were glad to see recycle bins by the trash cans. We visited in late July, and it was 100 every day. The AC worked great in the common areas and the three bedrooms on the north end of the house. The bedroom on the south end of the house, was not as cool as the rest of the house. Luckily, we had someone in our group who is always cold, so she was glad to get the warmer room.

Relaxing Stay

Home was clean, quiet, and full of amenities. The layout of the house made it comfortable for people to relax and not feel like they were on top of each other. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Forgive us about trash! We forgot. Couches we couldn't figure out how raise the foot pad up n master bathroom handle shower leak when water on but overall excellent! Love office n backyard! We did sit there Saturday night n chat for hours! We r missionary of Deaf Opportunity Out Reach for 40 years anniversary. Thank you again!

We chose this neighborhood for its perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Situated on a beautiful corner lot of .74 acres, the area is peaceful and surrounded by trees, offering a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. At the same time, it's ideally located—just a 20-minute drive to Downtown Dallas, AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium, and Six Flags Over Texas. Both DFW Airport and Love Field Airport are only 25 minutes away, and Fort Worth is a quick 30-minute drive. It’s the best of both worlds, providing serenity while staying close to all major attractions.

Our property is an open, complex home with a spacious layout, perfect for larger guest gatherings compared to other single-story homes. Despite its charming Texas farmhouse feel, it features modern conveniences such as Smart TVs, a Smart Refrigerator, a Smart Entry Lock, and new A/C units to keep you comfortable through both summer and winter.
