Caton Manor Estate and Pool

A former community swim club repurposed for community projects and private experiences. suitable for family reunions, weddings, company events, Women/Men's getaways, paint & Sip, production companies. and many other respectful gatherings that brings families and friends together. This 4300 sq ft home sleeps 22 comfortabley depending on the group dynamics and how individuals are willing to share space. The property Includes an Olympic size natural swimming pool, basket & valley ball court, Wedding arbor, Many people are not familiar with a natural swimming pool, so please do your research. The kiddy pool is clorine for now but eventually will be a natural pool also. A kids play ground and most importantly indoor and outdoor space for the entire group to enjoy. Once again
Other things to note the adult pool is a natural swimming pool, please research the benefits of a natural pool so that you are aware of the benefits of a natural pool and t h e difference benefits salt or chlorine as well.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! It is very spacious with all of the amenities you could need! We were in town for a wedding with 10 people staying here and had more room than we needed. The outdoor area is awesome. All of the interior is updated with upgraded bathrooms, smart tvs in the bedrooms and Nest thermostats. The beds are comfortable. It is exactly as advertised. Winston is so attentive and responsive to anything you may need. This place is truly 5 star!

We loved Caton Manor Estate and pool. The property was spotless on the inside. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and play area to the fullest. The house had everything we needed to cook for our large group. Towels, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels were plentiful. And to top it all off the owner was really nice and easy to communicate with.If you have a large group (more than 10) and you want to stay together in one place this is a great property. There are many common areas with enough seating for everyone. It is also wheelchair accessible, we had one person in a wheelchair and it was nice for him to be able to participate in all of the activities at the house. The other nice thing is that banks, pharmacies, and grocery stores are all located just outside of the neighborhood. The convenience can't be beat.Highly recommended.

Great tike

We had a buddies trip for a baseball game and horse race and this place was perfect. Winston was awesome and easy to connect with all trip. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great outdoor space for basketball/pickleball. We had an awesome stay.

Great experience

We had a group of 11 our stay was just amazing. The photos on Vrbo shows very little of how beautiful this property really is. This place was extremely huge. The bedrooms were extremely big. And the house was amazing. I recommend this property.

We had a group of 14 stay at house and the house fit us all comfortably. The house was modern and clean with great areas to hang out both inside and out. The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room area is perfect for a big group to enjoy spending time in. Winston is a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. We had a great time and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Family Fun Time

Fourteen members of our family gathered comfortably here to celebrate my mom's 92nd birthday. The space was clean and welcoming, and it accommodated us all perfectly. The children enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball outside. The kitchen was well stocked with dinner and cookware. Winston was a great host, friendly and communicative.

This our second stay at this property and everything was great again. Winston is a great and responsive host and the house is hard to beat for a big group. There were 12 of us at the house and we had a great experience. The house ample space both inside and out to enjoy hanging out and spending time together or as separate groups. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
