Great place to meet up with my siblings, all seniors, as we returned to our hometown for the funeral of a relative. It was wonderful for us four to sleep under the same roof for the first time in decades. We enjoyed the Smart TV to show each other photos from our devices.

Great host and house. House seems very new. Lots of digital things that I needed some help with. Felix was very quick and very helpful. The house has a very large back yard with what looked liked a new volleyball set. However it was too hot for us to be outside. Our grandchildren enjoyed the stay, 9 and 11. We played a number of games of chess. Upstairs bedrooms were very hot but Felix provided fans for the other bedrooms. Master has a ceiling fan which kept us cool. Kitchen could use a bigger frying pan and more forks. More towels would be helpful. Since the house is brand new, all these little things will be worked out.
