This villa #8 is on the 2nd floor within the residence Flamboyant Beach Villas. It has partial sea view, 2 balconies, windows with mosquito screens to all 4 directions, so that you have a nice cross breeze, private steps and nobody above you.
Free parking in the fenced yard with closed remote controlled gate.
Cleaning 4 x per week, washing service on the place (extra charged).
Please note, that there will be + 5% tax/fees to be paid cash on the place.
We speak English, French and German.

What makes this property unique
It is on the beach front lot and it is a quiet area although the "Gourmet mile of the Caribbean" = Boulevard de Grand Case is only a 10 minute foot walk away.
