High above Lake Michigan sits this charming 3 bedroom cottage! Only 30 steps to the beach stairs, and you`ve got over 100 feet of private beach all to yourself! The views are SPECTACULAR, the lake, the sunsets, and storms rolling in across the water. There`s plenty of seating on the deck and fully screened-in porch. Sleeps 8.
*Please note: The fireplace located in this property is for aesthetic purposes only and is not functional.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
