GREAT location within easy walking distance to Branson Landing and Downtown Branson, yet very quiet and cozy right next to a creek. So grateful to God for such a wonderful little space to relax and enjoy!

The facility was clean comfortable and accommodating. We didn’t use the pool, but it has a very nice spacious pool. Nice places to shop nearby. We were well pleased with our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The hostess responded quickly, and the condo was very nice with a peaceful creek view from the patio. The mattress is on the soft side, so keep that in mind if you prefer something firmer. The condo is conveniently located near the Branson Landing shopping area.The thermostat is controlled by Wi-Fi and automatically returns to its programmed energy-saving settings. Be sure to ask how to temporarily override the temperature if needed.There is an extra charge for early check-in. My suggestion is to drive by during the day so you know the location, and then enjoy an early show, shopping, or a 3 p.m. meal if you don’t want to pay the additional fee.

Beautiful updated property. Pool area was great and very well kept. Lots of ants in the doorway and kitchen. The floor appeared to be clean but everyone had black feet from walking around inside the first night we arrived. One recommendation is to add a tv to the second bedroom. This was a downfall for our kids. Overall pleased but few opportunities with cleanliness.

This was my first time booking a VRBO and I got the dates wrong on accident. I accidentally booked the stay for the weekend after I needed it. I contacted the host multiple times for help and understanding. They did not care nor were they willing to help my family. The weekend that the stay was booked for, which ended on Monday, was the same Monday I was scheduled for major surgery. We couldn’t make the trip that weekend as I was getting ready personally and getting my home ready for and enduring surgery. I asked for any and all help also offering a doctors note stating I was unable to make it. There was no care or consideration and they was incredibly rude. We will NOT ever stay with this host.
