Duplex in a quiet Nashville neighborhood - close to everything. Pet-friendly!
1 bed, 1 bath duplex on a quiet street. Fenced in backyard and quiant covered porch. Kitchen and in unit laundry. The duplex has private entrances, and no shared spaces but is attached to our home. Location is fantastic! 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Opryland and 15 minutes to the airport. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops. Free on site parking. We are a long term unit and welcome 1-4 month stays. We are new to VRBO but not new to hosting, please see our listing on other travel websites for reviews.

Why they chose this property
Our duplex feels secluded in a quiet little neighborhood with friendly neighbors. But we also have the luxury of being just a few blocks from a street with everything you need! Which makes us walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffeeshops etc. We're also just a 10 minute drive from downtown or Oprymills and only 15 minutes from the airport. We love our little neighborhood and find it such a convenient place to live!
What makes this property unique
Our space is the perfect size for 1-2 people and has everything you need for a long term stay. We even have a private fenced in backyard and doggie door for your pup!
