2 Stars. Beautiful house, but the AC wrecked our stay and management refused to own it. We stayed 9/23 to 10/5 over a Holiday with several families.We reported on 9/24 that the house was warm with the thermostat at 70. Their own technician measured the upstairs bedrooms near 80 at that setting. He told me the thermostat sits too close to the unit and too far from several rooms, so it shuts off before they cool, and more tonnage might fix it. Some guests could not bear it and left mid-holiday. Others bought portable ACs to make it somewhat bearable. Management refused to provide any, never acknowledged their technician's findings, and gave us "it works as designed" and delay for days. They ultimately never addressed this. We also paid extra for pool heat. The pool was not warm for the first 5 to 6 days despite repeated requests, until we begged a technician who was there for something else to raise the setting.In fairness, some issues (like the loose pavers) were fixed and they stayed on top of a few things. Others, including the AC, were not.With the bedrooms hot and uncomfortable, the vibe of the stay was gone. Make sure you ask how the upstairs bedrooms cool before booking.Bottom line - For the price we paid, this house was not remotely worth it.
