This charming 1840s cottage and surrounding gardens are located in the center of Wellfleet. Uniquely situated on a quiet lane overlooking Duck Creek and Uncle Tim's Bridge, it is a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the town center for shops, galleries, restaurants, the Wellfleet Farmers Market and one of Cape Cod's best library.

Enjoy the deck, stone patio and surrounding gardens. The cottage has been renovated and tastefully appointed. The first floor has an open living/dining area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable, dining table and kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower stall. The second floor bedroom, accessed by ship ladder stairs*, has a king bed and a lovely view of the patio below. There is one A/C window unit in the dining area and another in the second floor bedroom.

Amenities include washer/dryer, A/C, WiFi, cable and parking.

*Ship ladder stairs, commonly found in antique homes, are characterized by steep steps and narrow treads.

Walk or bike to Uncle Tim's Bridge, Wellfleet Harbor and Town Pier, Mayo Beach and the Wellfleet Recreation Area to enjoy free concerts, the playground, tennis courts and skateboard park. Short drive to Wellfleet's ponds, ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
