This is a great property for along weekend. Or even longer. The host John response to any and all questions were answered within minutes. Check in and out were very easy. No tvs in the bedrooms. No bath just shower. We will be going back soon. This was a last minute trip and we're very happy. Thanks John for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect! Especially if you can’t handle a ton of stairs! Zero complaints! Easy walk to beach and convenient parking right next to the house. Highly recommend! Reclining couch was super helpful too since I hurt my knee! Right on the marsh too, it was nice!

This property is undersold. Great location at the north end of the beach far enough away from the noise and crowds. Sitting on the marsh, you enjoy beautiful sunsets along with terrific bird watching in the morning. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning and plenty of amenities. Highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay at Hampton Beach.

Great location, ease of parking and it was just a great, clean, simple place to stay. Beds comfortable, water pressure good. Kitchen supplies more than adequate-we never tried TV but everything works great! Host communicates quickly and very nice!
