Stayed for two nights during 4th of July weekend with friends from college who were visiting NH for the first time. Very cute, clean, and spacious for a larger group. Close to the beaches and not a far drive from Portsmouth or Newburyport. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for a weekend with 4 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and located less than one block from the boardwalk and beach. Derek was very responsive and accommodating for an early/late check out. Definitely looking to book again next year!

Very cute beach-themed place close to everything on the strip! Slept 8 of us comfortably. Not right ON the beach, but SO close, very quick walk. Has a great large patio in the back and a second floor deck to hang out on too. Had a great time.
