Make the most out of yours with a stay at Evergreen Haven, located in the Foothills Condominiums complex, where you’ll be centrally located to all of the area’s most popular attractions and surrounded by ample onsite amenities to liven up your downtime. Guests to the resort will enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and a clubhouse. In addition, you’ll find yourself adjacent to the gorgeous Thousand Hills Golf Resort where you can work on your swing while surrounded by the lush and remarkable scenery of the Ozarks. No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or pairing education with entertainment at the Aquarium, it’s all within easy reach.



The home’s stately interior is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily activities in and around the area, curated with comfortable furnishings and chic décor to maximize your experience. Sink into the plush living room sofa or loveseat while you queue up that new movie you’ve been saving on the mounted smart TV. You’ll have the option to blend indoor and outdoor living together by opening the sliding door onto the shaded balcony where you’ll be treated with that fresh Ozark air and an al fresco dining set for 4 with scenic views of the community. Back inside, make your way to the kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals in the convenience of home. Sit down for formal meals at the high-top table with seating for 4 or grab a stool at the counter for overflow or a more casual dining option.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a main-level, walk-in unit with no steps required.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



This home is in a premier location with attractions like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, the local aquarium, the Titanic Museum, Grand Village Shops, and more! For a day off the beaten path, the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes is just 4 miles away. Silver Dollar City, 7 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880s theme and is great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 3 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores.
