Make the very most out of your stay when you choose Linda’s Haven as your preferred accommodations, located in The Club at Thousand Hills where you’ll be centrally located to all of the area’s most popular attractions and surrounded by ample onsite amenities to liven up your downtime. Enjoy the community at The Club which includes charming, landscaped grounds and an outdoor swimming pool. In addition, you’ll find yourself adjacent to the community’s namesake Thousand Hills Golf Resort where you can work on your swing while surrounded by the lush and remarkable scenery of the Ozarks. No matter if you choose to spend your days walking the bustling street of downtown shopping, dining, and enjoying the variety of live music, on the water or the shores of stunning Table Rock Lake, or pairing education with entertainment at the Aquarium, it’s all within easy reach.



Inside the home, the open floorplan features soaring vaulted ceilings sitting atop brightly lit spaces expertly curated in comfortable furnishings and sophisticated décor. Relax in the living room on plush, L-shaped sofa seating while you stream all your favored entertainment on the smart TV. Step through the double doors and out into the 3-seasons sunroom overlooking serene views of the golf course and offering a quiet space for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Back indoors, the well-equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for assisting in all your culinary endeavors. Dine together at the formal table with seating for 6 or keep things casual at the counter with high-top stool seating for 4.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 16 steps required.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
