• Sea Ranch amenities: Guests may use the community recreation centers (outdoor pools, tennis, locker rooms; amenities vary by center). Facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. Trails and beaches are open.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One dog is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. Please reach out to our Guest Experience team after booking to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

• Stairs: The house has stairs (please see photos).

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Wonderful place for a couple plus a pup to get away, we would stay here again. One thing to note: the main bed is in the loft area so you have to go downstairs to access the one bathroom - be careful in the middle of the night, there’s only 1 handrail on the modernist stair and no risers. A few things needed maintenance (we left a list) but this did not detract from the experience. Highly recommended.

Great property. Just what we needed. Felt like home. Two decks one with a breeze in the sun and the other shaded with a hot tub. We loved it and so did our dog! We don't want to leave. We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway. The location is perfect for hiking trails and the view of the ocean was amazing. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean. We took our puppy, Luna, who did well with the stairs which was one of my concerns. It was a five star trip all the way around. Celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. Thank you!!

You couldnt ask for much more than this perfect little studio loft in Sea Ranch. Everything is updated and high qaulity. Great location with easy access to the walking trails. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Chill Getaway

The house was great, beautiful ocean views. It's small, but great for a couple (no bedroom door - loft only). The fireplace was so cozy. The only comment is the 10am check out is a little harsh. Other than that, 10 out of 10.

We never stayed in this home. I reserved it months ago and cancelled a week later. The property manager, Grand Welcome Sea Ranch, was wonderful! They reimbursed our money immediately. VRBO was slower but eventually reimbursed their fee. But they would not cancel the reservation. I called three times and they said they would "elevate the matter" and "get it done". Nothing happened. Then they sent me an email entitled: "All set for your trip to Santa Barbara" for this reservation in Sea Ranch! I have used VRBO for decades but noticed that they have been getting less reliable. I will never use them again.
