This was an amazing place to stay with friends. The host was very nice when asking questions and was quick to respond. I think the only thing to be aware of is that the front stones/ steps are a bit slick, we had a few people nearly twist an ankle or two.

We loved staying at this property. It was so amazing and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool, fishing pond, hot tub, movie theater room, arcade games, fire pit, and the grill. Each time we thought of something we may need to run and get - it was already there. We would love to stay here again.

This home has everything you need and more. The pool is awesome with all the floats you would need. Enjoyed the coffee bar and game room. The extra toiletries were very thoughtful. Would recommend

Great property and the owner was very responsive and attentive when we needed her. Highly reccomend. The place was well-appointed and clean. All necessities wer provided INCLUDING COFFEE. Other hosts need to take notes.

Honestly this was probably my favorite rental I’ve ever booked. Jennifer’s communications were amazing. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. I hosted my daughters Sweet 16 and it was the best weekend. I am grateful for the house and the location to spend such a special day with her and her closest friends.

This is our second year at The Lodge in Freetown, Brown County IN. Plenty of room, plenty to do, two refrigerators, two washer and dryers, two dishwashers!! During the day we spent most of the time in the pool or fishing; at night we enjoyed the game room and movie room! Fun for ALL ages! Definite 10 out of 10!!

We had an incredible time at this wonderful home!! The owners have thought of every detail! Some of our favorites were the hot tub, ice machine, comfy beds, and amazing kitchen. Such a great place!

We were very pleased with the property for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We used the property as our gathering place for graduation weekend at Indiana University - Bloomington, and while it was a bit of a distance from Bloomington, it worked out really well for the extended family. I would recommend this property and the host whole-heartedly.

Nine women, zero complaints, if we could give more stars we would! The house is everything described but what isn’t said is how peaceful and quiet it is, the little details that make this an exceptional place to stay including the coffee bar with coffee included, the decor, the table that would seat all nine of us comfortably, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, the ease of check in and check out, not to mention how responsive Jennifer was to questions prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. From the pictures you don’t realize just how open the rooms are, nine of us were able to spread out and yet come together for games, TV in the movie and arcade rooms. The pool is bigger than it looks and there was plenty of chairs by the fire pit, the deck and the porch for all of us. This was a girlfriend’s trip that had been four years in the making due to various reasons and we could not have asked for a better place to relax and create lasting memories. Jennifer has thought of everything you could need. The has to be the best home I have stayed in on VRBO and will definitely be planning another trip soon.

My sisters and I stayed at this wonderful home for two nights. It was so peaceful and quiet. The pool was fantastic! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were no neighbors that I could see so we were able to enjoy plenty of privacy. The house had a lot amenities, game room, theater room, lots of towels for the pool and two of everything (washer & dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove). It would be the perfect place for a big family gathering. I would definitely stay there again.

A group of 9 women and I rented this spectacular home for a long-overdue girls’ weekend away. Jennifer was always quick to answer my questions. We had originally thought some of us would head in different directions to hike, shop, and explore, but we only felt the need to leave our “sanctuary” once—to visit Hard Truth Distillery. Honestly, we all felt we couldn’t get back soon enough.I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at VRBO properties throughout the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and this property turned out to be the best. The house was so well designed that we never felt crowded, the pool was incredibly relaxing, and the fishing pond was an added treat. I brought my fishing pole and caught and released a bluegill and a decent-sized largemouth bass.The home was spotlessly clean, which we all appreciated. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen layout and cooking tools gave us exactly what we needed to prepare our meals. The game room was a fun way to end each night after hours spent around the large circular dining table, playing card games and raising our glasses to wonderful friendships and how blessed we all are.You will not go wrong renting this little paradise. It is exactly as pictured and described.Thank you Jennifer, for helping to heal my heart.

Very nice secluded cabin with lots of amenities. Cabin was clean and well stocked with so many fun things to do with the kids, including a pool, hot tub, pond, pool table, movie theater room and video games. Really enjoyed the fire pit outdoors and surrounding woods.
