The private balcony is ideal for enjoying a little refreshing air and light conversation with friends and family.

Policies:
I do require at least a two night minimum and some holidays or dates may require a 3 night stay. To make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. We accept payment via Paypal which also has an option to pay with credit/debit card

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, We will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!

A great summer vacation!

We enjoyed our trip to Williamsburg and found the unit very spacious and comfortable to both do a little bit of teleworking, but also enjoy the area with family. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive and we would definitely come back!

Fun place! Great location!

Our family of two kids (ages 15 and 11) had a great stay at Governor’s Green. We were upgraded to this location. The condo was roomy and clean. The amenities were great. We had to reserve times but that was expected. We used the indoor/outdoor pool, mini golf and tennis courts. The location was very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We attended an optional presentation for the Wyndham vacation club and received a week stay at any Wyndham. Was great for a short getaway!

Very Enjoyable.

Other than the mild approach to sign up for a time share presentation which we were fortunately warned about, it was a delightful stay in the heart of some great vacation opportunities.

Great Stay!

This is our second time at this property and absolutely love staying here. Accommodations are ample. The pool area and activity center are perfect for adults and kids. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Great Family Retreat!

We only came for the weekend but were blown away by all the amenities on site! The room was clean and very spacious for 8 people! Tara was fantastic and everything was exactly how described! We will be back down for spring break for sure!
