This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.


The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Close to everything

We were able to spread out, but also have togetherness. This was so much better than 2-3 hotel rooms would have been, and for the same cost. The free arcade and mini golf was wonderful, too!

Really nice, served our purpose very well. It was quiet, clean and had space to relax. We were locked out when we returned on Friday and had to go to the front desk. They 'fixed' it but seemed odd to be told they thought our reservation ended that day. Our key folder on check-in stated the correct dates.

The property was as described. The booking process was seamless and we received detailed instructions on the check in process. We checked in close to 9pm, so while they offered the time share presentation, they were not overly pushy. Location was excellent and close to all activities. Would stay here again!

Like home away from home

This resort is great. So many great amenities including indoor pool, an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool section attached, another outdoor pool for adults only and then a hot tub. A pool bar, mini golf, game room with a pool table. Inside the suites are roomy and mine had a full kitchen with stove and dishwasher and a dining room table. There was a washer and dryer combo right there in the suite as well. Great location…just a few minutes from Williamsburg and plenty of great places to eat close by.

Graduation visit

Clean and safe, 2 separate units but connected, harder to all hang out, nice balcony but only 2 chairs, good location. Air conditioning leaked, but service came next day. Staff at club Wyndham gave keys to our condo to another group, then came out later to change locks, but gave us fewer key bracelets and second door would not open. Overall a decent place and cute colonial decor.

Williamsburg Christmas break

We came for a few days over Xmas break. The location was central and close to Busch gardens, Yorktown, Jamestown and colonial Williamsburg. It was Clean, kitchen stocked and kids loved the pool and game room! Would come back!

Very comfortable stay for Thanksgiving!

We felt very comfortable at this Wyndham resort property! It was clean and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a nice meal! Close to Historic Williamsburg! The grounds were decorated for Christmas as well and the grandkids liked all the lit up sights!

Nice resort

We were able to check in quickly, the rooms were clean, and we enjoyed all the amenities at the resort. My only complaint is that the dryer took multiple cycles to dry anything, but just a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Vacay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I was surprised to see the resort had been renovated since my last visit. Only complaint was the noise in the units above us. Hearing kids running and jumping over your head can ruin your vacation. Complained to the resort with no help. Recommended to notify owners that families with young kids should be placed on lower levels because parents don’t control their kids and are inconsiderate about those below them.
