This is a great property. It is well maintained and the amenities are wonderful. We traveled with a family of 4 that included two boys, ages 11 and 9 along with a grandparent. We were able to get connecting rooms to allow enough space and privacy for everyone.

The room was clean and the resort is super cool! Arcade, outdoor pool, indoor pool and a movie theater on site!!! They even have an adult pool but we didn’t utilize because we had kids with us. Check in was easy and the host was very helpful with providing all the needed information. Would absolutely stay again!!

Check in associate was great. The concierge was very pushy. We didn’t want a timeshare presentation but he said it was required. I went back later to dispute that. I rechecked the listing which said it was optional.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent and made it easy to visit all the major attractions and points of interest in the Williamsburg area. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was prompt and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

We love staying at the Kingsgate often. This suite was very clean with all amenities we needed to cook and spend time with grandchildren. Pool, arcade, movies, the new kids park, evening fireside smores, etc are great family activities.

Great dor families

Pleasant Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for Thanksgiving with my in-laws. We all had a private space and it was conveniently located close to areas in the historic triangle. My son especially enjoyed arcade and mini golf.

Perfect for Families

This vacation destination is a great option for families, looking to relax, but let the kids have fun. It is close to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, and colonial Williamsburg, as well as Yorktown and Jamestown. We definitely will be coming back.
