This was a beautiful place for the 3 of us. All amenities are accurate, we had everything we needed and I personally like having my own thermostat lol I am always the hot one! The property is located in a great area and was easy travel to Williamaburg and Jamestown. There was plentybof parking out front if thr building. Any time I had a question I messaged Gayle and she was very responsive! There is a delightful little bakery/Coffee shop within walking distance from 316. IF you are a light sleeper, you can't hear noise but can hear people walking on the second floor.Thank you Gayle!!

Comfortable Stay!

My family and I were very comfortable during our stay here. Gayle, the host was very responsive and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great. We would stay here again!

Family Vacation in Williamsburg, VA

10 people spanning 3 generations enjoyed our vacation in Williamsburg. The location is close to CW, amusement and water parks and so much more. The condo gave us room to be together and yet have privacy in separate bedrooms.

We love staying at this property.. plenty of parking and very secure. All bedrooms are clean and good size. There are plenty spaces for 7 of us ( adults).. The property is pet friendly but it’s very clean and fresh. The host provided all the necessary ingredients/equipment for the kitchen if you like to do some cooking. Master bedroom have your own keurig coffeemaker and cups.. we enjoyed our stay and the host is very prompt to reply to our questions. Fantastic!

I love this spacious and clean condo! All three suites have its own private bathroom and are separated by the living room for quiet privacy. Host is great and responds within minutes. Easy walk to the beach which has gorgeous views. Will be back!

Kingsmill Haven

Highly recommended! This condo is like staying at the place of a warm and inviting friend who happens to live in a spectacular location near peaceful woods and a great beach. One night was definitely not enough. Gayle is a responsive and caring host.
