A lovely oasis attached to Busch Gardens, also available as a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms! The gated "Kingsmill on the James" (not part of Kingsmill Resort but Kingsmill Spa available with your stay!
Graced with an abundance of beautiful evergreens, the beauty here is year-round. Audubon bird sanctuaries, miles of lovely trails, shell filled beaches and acres of natural beauty. Not a resort condotel, this first floor large two bedroom two full bathroom condo offers the comforts of home, decorated at the holidays, books, streaming,games, and a fully stocked kitchen, everything needed for cooking large meals, a variety of sleeping pillows, walk to the spa for pampering, try golfing at the award-winning gorgeous Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or enjoy stocked lakes for fishing, barbecues, picnic areas, cafe, treasured historic sites, beaches and playground within short walking distance of the condo. There's tennis, soccer, pickleball and basketball here too, restroom and shower by the marina beach a short walk away. Order excellent food at Kingsmill, Eagles Express, or walk to The Mill Cafe and dine on the beautiful outdoor Terrace, or on your own deck with beautiful sunsets overlooking lovely tennis greenbelt surrounded by evergreens where we've spotted deer, bunnies, squirrels, groundhogs, gophers, ospreys and wild turkeys. Barbecue at the grills at Mounts Bay, or try excellent food at Maurizio's or The Whaling Company... The space was perfect for our small family getaway with our pups(they come everywhere we go). The property was clean and even included just about every convenience we could think of, cleaning products, ice in freezer, toiletries, even condiments in the fridge! We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodations were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — from the cozy beds to the well-maintained furniture. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The property has fantastic on-site amenities, including tennis courts and several delicious dining options nearby. Security was friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping everything in top shape. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Place/Great Location

We were in town for a golf tournament at Kingsmill and this was the perfect place to stay. Literally 2 minutes to the clubhouse. Great property and the owner pro vides a ton of extra bathroom and kitchen supplies to make the stay either. Will book again!!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo is conveniently located within minutes of Busch Gardens and the historic areas. It was well stocked with all the essentials, the only negative, it could use a good deep cleaning the woodwork and fixtures had thick layers of dust but that being said I would recommend the place.

Great Time at Kings Mill Resort

Had wonderful time visiting the area and much was due to the convenient location and this wonderfully outfitted property. The unit was large, clean and very comfortable with many extras. Cozy home near Busch Gardens!

After a long day at Busch Gardens and Williamsburg, we were so glad to have a clean, cozy, quiet, spacious home to stay in. The kids had their own room, and we were able to relax in the living room. It had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. The owner was very hospitable and responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here, and will return the next time we’re in Williamsburg!

Perfect place for a short stay

The property was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. Kingsmill is a lovely property only a short drive (less than 10 minutes) from downtown Williamsburg. This unit would be a perfect place to have a small family gathering for the holidays. The kitchen has everythi/ng you need for basic cooking, and there is plenty of storage. Highly recommend.

Gayle is the most warmhearted, responsive and considerate host we ever had. The condo has everything a family needs. The quite yet coinvent location to marina, Busch Garden is a plus. Early check-in and later check out were offered. We definitely will come back next year for our trip to Busch Garden.

Perfect place for a Williamsburg stay

We stayed during our visit to Colonial Williamsburg. It’s a short drive, about 10 minutes, to Colonial Williamsburg. The condo is on a beautiful property. Lots of green space for our kids and dogs. There is plenty of space for the whole family. The twin bed setup in the 2nd room was great for our kids. The beds are super comfortable and I slept well our whole stay. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a stay in Williamsburg.

Amazing stay in Williamsburg

This was a wonderful rental in the Kingsmill area of Williamsburg. I have not been able to see or spend time with my mother since May 2019 due to Covid, so this was a very special reunion for all of us. The space was very comfortable--bedroom for us, and nice bedroom for my mother. I grew up in the area, so it is always a joy to return, as I love Colonial Williamsburg. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for an early Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you Gayle for a wonderful week!
