Welcome to Holly Bank! Bring your bikes, kayaks or paddle boards. A relaxing, house in peaceful setting just off the Virginia Capital Trail. Chickahominy River is an easy walk to water sports, nature and fishing. Perfect for families visiting the area for Colonial Williamsburg, William & Mary, weddings , triathlons or Busch Gardens theme parks. Please note- this is not a riverfront property. A neighbor’s private, wooded lot separates us from the river. Access to Chickahominy and James Rivers is .5 miles away.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. It was very quiet and peaceful, while still being 15 minutes away from everything you would need in town and 20-30 minutes from all the tourist spots. When we had a problem with the house, the owner was very helpful and accommodating, providing us with several options. The house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our week-long stay at this home! We were out sight-seeing most of the time, but this was a good home base for us to have breakfast and most dinners “in”. The inside of the home was very clean, which is very appreciated, especially traveling with children! We also enjoyed having room to spread out, plenty of sleeping arrangement options, and having a playroom and outdoor patio.The neighborhood is very quiet and drivable to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. It took us 25 minutes to get to Colonial Williamsburg, 12 minutes to get to Jamestown, and 40 minutes to Yorktown.This was a great fit for us given the size of our crew and ages of our children!

Fantastic stay with my friends and perfect to get to all the historical sites! Highly recommend the Jamestowne ferry for a fun trip that’s free! We enjoyed our time in the beautiful home with a very well appointed kitchen that met all our needs! Hosts were great and very responsive!

Charles City’s quiet and natural setting takes you back in time removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.

This home is ideal for William & Mary family weekends, Triathletes and their supporters, wedding guests accommodations or homeschool field trips.
