Villa Madison is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home perfectly located in a Cul-De-Sac, very close to downtown Cape Coral at the desired Thunderbird Lake, a lake from which you have convenient boat access to the Gulf of Mexico with its many tropical islands, beautiful beaches and hidden coves. The house offers an electric-heated pool and spa along with a stunning view of the lake (especially at sunset.) Villa Madison is not only conveniently located to shopping areas and an impressive variety of restaurants, but the nearby Cape Coral Parkway allows for short access to all major area attractions such as beaches, yacht clubs, night life and golf courses.

KEY FEATURES: This home is pet friendly.

Living Room: From the well-furnished living room, you have a great view to the lanai and the lake with plenty of comfortable seating. The den features a Queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The spacious, modern island kitchen features wooden cabinets and granite countertops plus a breakfast bar and all standard technical amenities. A dining area is close by with room for six guests.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King-Size bed, and the attached bathroom offers two separate vanities, a shower and a jetted bath tub.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The guest bedrooms feature a Queen-sized bed in one, and a bunk bed with Twin and Full-size beds in the second. They share the second bath with a shower.

Pool/Lanai/Dock: Access to the lanai with the heated pool and spa is provided from the living room via large sliding doors and from the bedrooms via French doors. The dock area is perfect for fishing or enjoying a cocktail and watching the wildlife. You cannot moor a boat at the dock; however, it is a Gulf Access canal, so friends and family are free to pick you up by boat. Come and experience an unforgettable vacation in SW Florida.

Great week in the Cape!

Loved the house. Had everything you need and more. Terrific location ( walk to Duffy's!) Lots to see in the cape and not far from the airport (35 mins). Property manager was attentive and the place was spotless when we arrived.

Good stay but a little disappointed

Loved the house and pool, rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious. TV issues all week. I was disappointed because the house cleaners were still on site when we arrived at 4:15pm. Laundry over stuffed in the dryer that we had to complete in two separate loads because it was over stuffed with bed sheets and towels. Bathroom sinks drained extremely slow and lots of hair in the master shower. I think the detailed cleaning was rushed because they were running late.

Great Getaway

The house was the perfect size for my husband and i and our girls 8 & 10 along with our friends and their 7 year old daughter. Only disappointment was the pool deck was smaller than expected for all of us to lounge.

Great Vacation House!

My family greatly enjoyed staying at this house for our FL vacation. The property managers at SWFL Rentals were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Great property (very clean with extra COVID sanitation measures) with nice pool, sauna, and boat dock on a canal lake. We rented a boat and docked it at the property during our stay.

Absolutely beautiful!

We already miss it! The house and property are beautiful and will be returning next year. We rented a boat for four days and each time we took the boat out we saw dolphins in the canal! We spent 95% of the time at the property itself in the pool or out on the water. The house is clean and property managers a phone call away!

Home needs attention

This home built in 2002 was once stellar. Now it is revealing its age. We rented this for a family Christmas excursion. Everyone was excited by the heated pool and and hot tub. Unfortunately we were unable to swim or use the spa due to a faulty heater. Upon arrival I noticed that there was no cold water in one of the master bedroom sinks. I called the property manager and they assured me it would be fixed. It never was. The next day hot water in the other sink failed. Nothing was done to correct this either. The property states that there are sleeping accommodations for eight. This is not true. The sleeper sofa is an instrument of torture and should be discarded. The same is true of one of the bunk bed mattresses. We enjoyed our stay, despite the deficiencies I have stated. Overall, the house is comfortable and well suited for entertaining. When you pay a premium price for a property, you expect excellence. This was not our experience. This could be an awesome home with an investment of a few thousand dollars to correct the plumbing and upgrade the mattresses. Sincerely, Neal

Beautiful view

This was a great home for my family of 7. With 5 kids aged 4 to 17, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the fishing from the dock at the house was the highlight for my kids!

Awesome Mother Daughter Trip!

We had a great time! The house was clean and the view is spectacular. They had everything you could need including cards and puzzles for downtime and pool toys. Plenty of extra towels and kitchen gadgets. Plus the bed was super comfy! We will be back!

We had a great stay! The property was conveniently located with easy access to everything. Beautiful views of the lake and sunrises/sunsets. The house was fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, linens, and everything we needed.
