We would like to clarify, however, that your concern was responded to and attended to shortly after your message at 8:15 AM and not several hours later as stated. Everything was properly explained and addressed during our conversation. For your other requests, we made efforts to assist but did not receive further response from you. We’re sorry to hear that the shower did not meet your expectations. This is not a common concern raised by our guests, but we will review it to ensure everything is in proper condition. We strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests and appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points.
