This 3 bedroom condo has been recently renovated and furnished with Contemporary finishes and decor. The condo comfortably sleeps six with 2 queen sized beds and two twin sized beds in each room. It has a spacious eat-in kitchen and one newly renovated bathroom. Wireless Internet, HDTV, Large back deck, Washer & Dryer in house. Only 7 minutes walking distance to T station. We are located in a neighborhood of Cambridge that sits near Harvard, MIT and Tufts also between the historic sights and financial center of Boston and the academic hub of Cambridge.With my location, you'll always be near your business, educational and vacation destinations in the Boston area. For visitors who come to Boston it is easy to visit Fenway Park, Fanueil Hall, TD Garden or the Museum of Science. Historic landmarks, including Bunker Hill Monument and USS Constitution Museum. Assembly Square, Central Square, Harvard Square and Davis Square with its shops and great eateries, many restaurants,open air cafe's,lounges with live music are just minutes away. The North End of Boston also known as Little Italy , has over a 100 authentic Italian restaurants at your finger tips.

Not a great place for families

I will say location was amazing, so close to Boston without the traffic and headache of parking. Also great to have washer/dryer in home. HOWEVER, it was so dirty. There was black hair in the sink and shower. Bath mat was filthy. The toilet takes multiple times to flush even if just #1. Mouse droppings on the top of the hood of the stove. And moths EVERYWHERE. The beds were so noisy every time we rolled over it would wake the baby even with a white noise maker. I even reached out to the owner to let him know how filthy the place was and all he wrote back was “sorry to hear your complaint. The sink was cleaned” Honestly spend your money elsewhere.

I cannot recommend this property as the description was way off! The property was listed as 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Sleeps 10. Listing said that there was a couch that someone could sleep on and that each room had a twin and queen size bed. In fact There was one tiny bathroom and 1 full beds in each of the three rooms in the apartment. The couch did not pull out into a bed. We had to go buy an air mattress to get through the night. The beds in the house were low quality: springs were old and worn out. The kitchen floor tile was coming up. Also, there were blinking lights throughout the night in the driveway that we couldn’t stop ….that made us all feel unsafe.

Where should I begin… The peeling wallpaper? The fact that there was chips holes in the walls? The fact that there is exposed wires in the ceiling? Or the fact that there were no smoke detectors in the entire property? Or maybe the fact that the back door was partially broken so that we couldn’t secure it probably had to put a chair against the wall? Or maybe the fact that there was only two glasses in the entire unit for six people? Or maybe the fact that the iron didn’t work? Or that the tub leaked? Not even sure if I’m remembering everything but we have pictures to prove all of this. Just prior to going I got announcement VRBO we no longer be allowing this unit for rent, so why did you let us go to this dump? Would love a refund as it is warranted. We emailed the owner the day we got there to ask why there was no TV in the living room like on the website and showed one. Also they showed a lovely back patio with furniture, but there was nothing there, but a deck no furniture. Really really disappointing .

Terrible A/C, "hidden" cameras, poor communication

We would NEVER stay here again. First off, in 110° weather, they have the air conditioning programmed to turn off between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. - you will roast ALL night. No one could sleep and there was no air flow. The coolest they allow it to get during the day is 75°, which still isn't comfortable. They've taken the hardware out of the window so they will not stay open (It probably wouldn't have helped anyway), they have locked up the thermostats so you can't change it, the downstairs fan won't turn on without the light so you can't even sleep there. The RUBBER SHEETS they put on all the FULL sized beds made it even worse, because they don't breathe. If I could attach a screenshot, I would, but the property manager would not take my calls or texts. I sent four text messages and never even got a single reply. They do not care about your stay, only about your money - remember that before you book. The rug in the main room is so old and tattered that we were worried that the older people staying with us were going to trip on it and fall. There are holes all over in the walls, the TV antenna is just slapped to the wall with masking tape, and hell, feel free to put a hand towel in the bathroom downstairs so you can actually dry your hands on something other than toilet paper. They've also taped a small sign to the front door that says you are being video recorded and that you won't be able to see the cameras, I'm pretty sure they have to tell you that before you book. It made everybody uncomfortable not knowing where the cameras were. Not recommended, and if the landlord even decides to reply back, I will guarantee you it will be an excuse or that they don't understand what I'm asking. We also took full video and photos of the entire place before and after, Because we know how landlords like this work. If I were the owner of this property, I would fire this landlord immediately. He is costing you money and future business.

Had to leave early because the a/c was really bad hot and we couldn't control it, plus we had no garage and had a towing company about to tow our car truly there parking situation and a/c situation got us upset so we left.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway with Friends

The house was everything it said it was. Cute decor, clean, and relatively close to the strip. This was my first time renting a house, so I was a little nervous, but everything went off without a hitch! Easy checkin. We had a group and everyone had enough space and room to spread out. Was nice to be able to take our time, hang out in the morning, and make our own breakfast before heading out. Easy to get a Lyft/Uber from the property and back (I would say 15 minute drive to/from Strip - Little more for Freemont). Overall, great experience and we hope to be back soon!

Change at last minute!

We made reservation for 2 different dates. First was ok. House is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the house was beautiful. Problem was that a last minute, even when we did payment for both reservations several weeks before, they change us the second reservation to another house. Second house was located in a old neighborhood and it was an old house. I may said that the price we paid was not according to that house. We wrote to the owner that we were not so happy with the change but never got an answer!

We came down with 4 couples to attended a convention and vacation. I will list the pros and cons to kind of break down why I only gave it a 3 star. Pro: Not to far from the strip, and shopping. It really did sleep as many as it said. The house was very clean. It had cable tv. Cons: We booked this house thinking we Could use the garage. Turns out the owner uses it for storage. All the couples complained the beds were very uncomfortable. The master bedroom faces a busy street. In the morning it was crazy loud! We've rented many houses in the past and this one was mediocre.

This is a great property, We had a great experience.

This is a great property. Very spacious, looks like it has been recently and comprehensively refurbished. Super clean ... nice, updated appliances and surfaces/fixtures in kitchen and bathroom. Two separate washers and dryers on the garden and second floors, all of which seemed brand new. We easily accommodated eight people. Felt safe and secure, and featured easy access through keypad entry system. Dedicated parking in alley front unit, and generally available public parking on Street out front. Very convenient location, 7 minutes drive distance to Strips and numerous restaurants, Whole Foods, and several parks and playgrounds for children. It's about a 15-minute drive into the heart of the shopping financial district. Also worth noting that the same owner owns the 4-bdrm unit upstairs, so for anyone needing a lot of space for a large gathering or vacation, I highly recommend this listing. It exceeded our expectations and the owners were easy to communicate with and helpful. I am pretty particular when it comes to hotels / rental properties, and I really have nothing critical to say about this place. We had a great experience.
