We had an amazing weekend in Newport celebrating our best friends birthday! John was an amazing host and what a great sense of humor!!! We will 100% be back!! The location is great, a few houses up from Thames street which always has something fun going on! Highly recommend!!!
We stayed there for 2 days we were visiting for a wedding everything was as advertised very clean very nice John was a nice man would stay there again if I was to visit Newport

John is super responsive and the space is immaculate. Will definitively stay again.
This 2 bedroom unit is close to many great restaurants and shops on Thames St and its a quick 10-15 walk to the Wharf. Having 2 parking spots was a bonus. John is a responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed for a weekend here, and it was a great small apartment for our family of 3. It's in an amazing location, right off Thames St, and easy walking distance to things on Thames St. as well as everything on Bellevue.
Perfect location for walking around Newport. Clean, convenient and includes good easy access parking. One bathroom with laundry is separate from bedrooms but if one bath is not important to you its a really great place to stay in Newport

Great location. Quiet. Mini-split ac made it very rooms comfortable, was hot & humid outside when we were there. Foam pad on queen in master bdrm uncomfortable. May be upside down as smooth side was on the bottom. Would have prefered a light blanket to the heavy comforter. TV somewhat confusing and limited but we didn't use it. Bathroom a long way from the bedrooms. Bottled water in fridge was a nice touch.
Stayed at John’s house for the 4th and had a great time! The communication was clear and quick response. The house was exactly as pictured and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Perfect amount of space for two couples. Would definitely rent again!

We were in Newport for the International Boat Show. The location could not have been better. It seemed we were walking distance to most of the top rated restaurants. Clean comphy quarters. Not fancy but had everything we needed.
Location, location, location!!! The house has ideal location: walkable to the Wharf, Thames Street is literally around the corner and is short drive to the Newport Mansions on Bellevue Avenue. Best amenity of all: 2 parking slots for guests. Parking is a premium in Newport, so we saved a lot in parking fees. The tandem parking is tricky and with narrow streets at this historic neighborhood—definitely do not get anything larger than a midsize, if renting/bringing a car.
John was pleasant to work with during the booking process. Easy check-in and check-out. It was nice to have off-street parking for two vehicles in the heart of Newport. Accommodations were comfortable, and everything was in working order. Had everything we needed for our stay. Liked that it was walk-able to all the shops and dining. For being close to everything, it was a quiet location! We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.
This property is in the perfect location for a trip to visit the sights in Newport. It is right off of Thames Street. Walking to shopping, the waterfront and restaurants is as easy as it can be. We enjoyed being able to walk down Thames to the action and back to the house throughout the day. It is also a very short drive to tour the mansions . The apartment is very clean and has a well appointed kitchen! The owner is quick to respond to any communication and very helpful! The driveway is a tight turn so I wouldn’t want to try parking a large SUV, but the Kia Sorento I rented worked fine. If you are planning a visit to Newport this is the place to be! We loved it!

We are located in downtown Newport and one of the few properties with off street parking for up to two cars. The most enjoyable aspect of my neighborhood is that you can walk to most restaurants, shops and grocery stores while enjoying our quaint and historical city!
